Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:


Diary / calendar management;
Administration - Performing administrative tasks;
Approved document control for the department;
Maintain office equipment and supplies, budgets and other administrative duties as require;
Manage the use of Departmental Credit / Purchasing cards and the reconciliation of expenses incurred;
Arrange business travel (domestic & International), visa applications, and administer related expense management;
Arrange social / team building activities i.e., venue, catering and required activities – input of purchase requisitions and payment follow-up;
Coordinate and organize business meetings, conferences, including, meeting room bookings;
Maintain professional telephone skills, etiquette, and company image.


ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:


A minimum of 5 years’ secretarial experience in a manufacturing/mining environment;
Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) is essential;
Knowledge of 1SAP R/2 would be advantageous;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while maintaining composure under pressure;
Well organized, detail oriented and have strong time management skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity;
Ability to utilize tact, diplomacy, discretion, and good judgement at all times;
Maintain confidentiality at all times;
Resourceful, solution oriented and a team player;
Foster a positive and productive work environment;
Enjoy challenging calendar management while prioritizing many competing requests.


Qualifications for this role are:


Secretarial National Advanced Certificate (2 years).
