Retailer acquisition which includes successfully onboarding new retailers as per the target given.
Identify new opportunities to expand the lottery’s reach.
Educate prospective retailers about the lottery products including the benefits of
becoming a retailer.
Marketing intelligence and feedback
During the on-boarding process retailers must be made aware that they comply
with lottery regulations and ethical standards, such as age restriction and
responsible gaming practices.
Strengthen retailer loyalty through excellent service and support.
