The job holder will be responsible for increasing the product market shareby facilitating visibility and availability of product portfolio.He will, in coordinationwiththe team leader; generate and facilitate orders for overall sales revenue growth.

Duties & Responsibilities


Manage stocks of company products in allocated outlets and ensure their availabilityboth on the shelves and outlet stores to avoid stock outs.
List available products in the outlets as per customer size; and continuallyseektoincrease product range in the outlets handled.
Ensure that there are no short expires or expired products in any of the outlets handledby adhering to the timelines set for processing the same. 
Assessment of market share of our products compared to similar products soldbycompetitors and do price comparisons.
Communicate with the operations department before close of business day regardingorders collected for timely deliveries.
Ensure timely collections and that customers adhere to their set credit terms; inliaisonwith the accounts department.
Promote health awareness and product knowledge at promotional events; inliaisonwith the marketing team.
Give customer feedback regarding complaints or suggestions; and track progress of thesame to ensure customer satisfaction.
Submit timely and accurate reports to your supervisor on a daily, weekly andmonthlybasis; as per the approved reporting formats.


Requirements & Qualifications


A minimum of Diploma in Sales or Marketing or a related field – from a reputable institution.
A minimum of years experience in a similar role handling household items , iecups, plates , flasks etc .
Should have a 2 years proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Must have good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.
Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills are required.
Must have a valid driving license coupled with experience.
