Key Responsibilities


Develop and expand the sanitary ware customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the region.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, regional demand trends, and competitor activities.
Gather and analyze information on competing products, providing timely reports and actionable insights.
Supervise and manage product displays in customer exhibition halls to ensure effective presentation and brand visibility.
Monitor and support the production capacity and product availability within the assigned region.
Address and resolve customer after-sales concerns promptly and professionally.
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall departmental goals.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.


Qualifications & Experience


Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Finance/Accounting, or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably within the building materials industry (tiles, sanitary ware, toilets, wash basins, etc.).
Strong understanding of regional sales dynamics and customer relationship management.


Key Competencies & Skills


Fluent in both written and spoken English (knowledge of Kiswahili and local languages is an added advantage).
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with data analysis tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Flexible to work Monday–Saturday and comfortable with extensive field work.
