This role will provide comprehensive support to the CEO ensuring smooth alignment of executive priorities, strategic initiatives and daily operations. Serving as a gatekeeper, liaison, and strategic partner, they will support the CEO and senior leadership by handling administrative, logistical, and communication tasks with efficiency and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:


Proactively manage the CEO’s complex schedule, prioritize meetings, speaking engagements, and global travel, while anticipating conflicts and optimizing time for strategic priorities across multiple time zones.
Draft, review, and send emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO, screen and prioritize incoming communications, and act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Organize executive meetings (Board, Leadership Team, Investors), prepare agendas, briefing documents, and post-meeting action trackers, and attend meetings when needed to take minutes and follow up on deliverables.
Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and transportation, ensuring seamless itineraries and coordinating with security teams for high-profile travel.
Track, reconcile, and submit timely expense reports for the CEO, ensuring compliance with company policies and managing reimbursements.
Assist with research, data analysis, and preparation for key initiatives such as partnerships and investor relations and help track KPIs and business performance in alignment with strategic goals.
Handle sensitive information (financials, legal matters, personnel issues) with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, ensuring all communications and decisions are handled securely.


Qualifications:


Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
