The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing fundraising initiatives, and contributing to the company’s mission of inclusive growth.

Key Responsibilities:


Assist the Executive Director in coordinating and tracking projects, ensuring deadlines and deliveries are met.
Help develop and design presentations by conducting research, organizing content, and ensuring high-quality visual and written outputs.
Oversee the CIO’s calendar, prioritize appointments, and ensure effective time management by coordinating meetings and travel.
Assist with donor relationship management, ensuring personalized communication and engagement strategies are tailored to impact-first investors and donors.
Plan and execute donor events and investor meetings, handling logistics, follow-ups, and strengthening partnerships.
Prepare detailed briefing materials with in-depth research on donor priorities, histories, and interests to support fundraising efforts.
Oversee timelines for fundraising submissions, ensuring high-quality materials are submitted on schedule.
Optimize the use of tools like Asana for project management, ensuring efficient tracking of tasks and communication across teams. 


Qualifications:


Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Economics, Finance or related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
Sound Interpersonal and Administration skills.
