Key Responsibilities


Operate, monitor, and maintain mechanical machinery and equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical faults promptly
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues
Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to optimize efficiency
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, and technical manuals
Prepare maintenance logs, production reports, and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO standards
Train operators on machine handling and safe operating procedures
Recommend process and equipment improvements to enhance performance


Key Requirements & Qualifications


Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2–4 years’ hands-on experience in mechanical or production engineering
Solid understanding of mechanical design, production processes, and safety standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software
Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine maintenance
Experience using measurement tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Knowledge of quality inspection and process optimization techniques
Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems)
