Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Real Estate Sales Agent to identify, list, market, and sell luxury residential and commercial properties in some of Nairobi’s most prestigious areas. You will represent our brand professionally, offer expert guidance to clients, and ensure the smooth coordination of viewings, negotiations, and property closings.


Key Responsibilities


Source and secure exclusive property listings in high-end areas including Westlands, Lavington, Riverside Drive, Kileleshwa, Kilimani, Loresho, Parklands, and Nyari.
Build relationships with property owners, developers, and landlords to expand the company’s listing portfolio.
Visit, inspect, and document properties for listing purposes.
Create compelling property listings with clear descriptions, photos, and videos.
Record high-quality video walkthroughs and brief on-camera explanations of property features.
Upload listings and videos to the company website and social media platforms.
Meet prospective buyers at the office and conduct scheduled site visits.
Provide expert advice to clients, negotiate offers, and close property sales.
Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and property status updates.
Represent Prestige Bluestar professionally during all client interactions.


Requirements


Proven experience or strong interest in real estate sales, especially in the luxury segment.
Deep knowledge of Nairobi’s high-end neighborhoods and property market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Well-groomed, confident, and client-oriented personality.
Ability to shoot quality property videos using a smartphone or camera.
Basic content writing and digital listing skills (WordPress knowledge is an added advantage).
Strong time management and self-motivation.
Willing to travel for property viewings and client meetings.
Must be based in Nairobi.
