I have a hybrid work schedule - I work from the office on Mondays and Fridays, and from home on the other days. This arrangement is because I have a child.
We have a new department manager, and he is clearly forcing me to work only from the office because he believes that working from home is not real work and that I am getting paid for nothing. However, I am always available and I complete all my tasks on time.
How can I protect myself and stand up for my right to continue working from home? Thank you.

  • Please, read again your contract agreement and negotiate basing what you have agreed with the company. Otherwise, rather negotiate
