I have a hybrid work schedule - I work from the office on Mondays and Fridays, and from home on the other days. This arrangement is because I have a child.
We have a new department manager, and he is clearly forcing me to work only from the office because he believes that working from home is not real work and that I am getting paid for nothing. However, I am always available and I complete all my tasks on time.
How can I protect myself and stand up for my right to continue working from home? Thank you.

    Please, read again your contract agreement and negotiate basing what you have agreed with the company. Otherwise, rather negotiate

    I don’t know what your job is but it is exactly that … a job. You must change your objectivity to become your own boss.
