Compensation: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 base + commission + transport allowance

Job Objective:

To drive business growth by securing corporate partnerships and fleet service deals with companies, institutions, and logistics providers. You will represent MOTG to high-value prospects, pitch our service offerings, deliver proposals, and close deals, without the CEO having to step in.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and target potential B2B clients (e.g., logistics companies, banks, security firms, embassies, car leasing agencies).
Schedule and attend client meetings, either virtually or in person.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and service packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
Handle follow-ups via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Represent MOTG at trade shows, expos, or company events (if any).
Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the CEO.
Suggest creative ways to approach difficult companies or institutions.


Requirements:


Minimum of OND or equivalent. (HND/BSc is a plus)
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, fleet marketing, or business development.
Must be street-smart, bold, and capable of working independently.
Must understand Lagos terrain and how to reach decision-makers.
Strong communication skills (spoken, written, and pitch-wise).
Must be results-driven with a “no-excuses” mindset.
Ability to write basic business emails and use Google Docs/Sheets.


Bonus if You Have:


Experience selling to banks, security firms, or logistics/fleet managers.
An existing contact list in the corporate/automotive/logistics space.
Previous auto, insurance, or vehicle servicing experience.
