Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Manager to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of Salesforce across our operations. This role is crucial to driving sales and marketing initiatives, enhancing business processes, and supporting the largest real estate development in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute diaspora marketing strategies focused on conversion
Curate the diaspora event and outreach calendar, including webinars, expos, events, and in-person engagement.
Coordinate travel and logistics for sales teams engaging with diaspora communities globally.
Execute targeted digital marketing and social media campaigns aimed at diaspora markets.
Report on diaspora trips, tracking spend vs ROI, and analysing sales outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with diaspora networks, organisations, and influencers.
Work closely with sales, operations, and finance to ensure alignment with business goals

On the Job Demands

Willingness to travel and work across multiple time zones.
Ability to manage logistics for international events.
Flexibility to work on weekends for event coordination.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on diaspora or international marketing,
Experience with CRM systems preferably sales force, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
Strong project management, coordination, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
