Key Responsibilities:


Provide strategic and hands-on support to General Managers across all properties to ensure smooth operations, exceptional guest experiences, and profitability.
Implement and monitor SOPs, ensuring adherence to brand standards, health and safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
Collaborate with the Group MD on new ventures, acquisitions, and expansion projects, including business planning, financial modeling, and operational setup of new properties.
Lead brand audits, guest satisfaction initiatives, and innovation strategies to enhance service delivery in line with hospitality trends.
Foster a high-performance culture through leadership development, succession planning, and promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
Work closely with finance, HR, marketing, and procurement to align operational goals and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of hotel tech systems, including PMS, CRM, RMS, and digital tools enhancing the guest journey.
Ensure compliance with governance policies and risk management frameworks; provide performance reports to the board and represent the Group MD when needed.


 Qualifications: 


Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in the hospitality industry, including multi-property oversight
Proven track record in growing hospitality brands, launching new properties, and turning around underperforming assets
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest experience design, and cost management
Deep understanding of East African hospitality trends is an added advantage
Able to translate strategy into execution with operational discipline
