I left a company after they denied me a raise. Six months later they're asking me to come back with a much better offer. Would you?

  • If you got aplace please move on, they didnt value your input at the time.

  • It's a trap don't go back. If you have already found a new job then there's no need to go back.

    2
  • You should not go back because they dump you when you least expect

  • A job is much more than about the pay you receive. Did you like your prior position? Did you like the people you worked with? Do you like your... current job better? Have the financials in the old company changed where maybe you did not get a raise because they could not afford it and now they can? How will your decision look on your resume when you look for your next job? How will you explain leaving, working elsewhere for a few months, then returning to your old company??? more

  • If I must go back, I must involve legal practitioner . We must sign agreement with them before work.

  • They failed to get an equivalent of you. Now they want to use you to mentor an equivalent and eventually you will be fired.

  • Imagine that your payment was 4, and you wanted it to be raised to 6.
So, It can happen that they have a big loss due to your absence, just because it... isn't easy to find a new employee to substitute you. In addition, the cheapest they find asks to start with a payment of 8. Now you can understand the reasons that may be behind. So, it's upon you to decide for you know well that employer. more

  • This caught my attention because I know there are people out there looking for a new direction, additional income, or a flexible opportunity that... works around their current schedule.

If you’re someone who’s open to exploring what’s available, I’d be happy to have a brief conversation and answer questions. Send me a message and we can schedule a quick interview to see if it’s worth learning more about.

  • Make sure you see a documented written proposal and speak with a Legal Department of Labor attorney so that way they don't cheat you out with what... their offering and proposing to you more

It took them six months to decide you were worthy of the raise.
