Creates strategic social media content to attract new customers, expand clinic traffic andenhance profitability.
Manage social media accounts efficiently by responding to customer enquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner.
Ensure clinic compliance with health and safety regulations.
Schedule content posting such as reels, regular posts, and promotional material online.
Staying abreast on social marketing trends and inculcating into the business to promote engagements and patronage.
Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
Collaborate with business development manager on strategies to execute regarding marketing.
Communicating new product developments to customers
Accompany clients to and from treatment rooms
Writing reports on weekly marketing activities
Providing management with feedback
Build and maintain relationships with current and potential accounts.
Advise clients on skincare, skin type and treatments.
Examine clients skin condition to determine the suitability of treatment to be administered.
Provide waxing, facials, body treatments and makeup applications.
Adhere to instructions from head esthetician and management.

Requirement
