I have been privileged to work with various communities in my country as a farm manager (intern) and conducted various training and coaching programs. Having served as a teacher in the year 2013, I have gained experience in training and coaching and this has enabled me to acquire skills of managing and coordinating community based projects. I am also a productive employee with a proven track record of successful project management and producing quality outcomes through leadership and team motivation.
