I am passionate about delivering outstanding quality customer services. My experience in KALRO Perkerra in Marigat, Baringo county has greatly impacted my competence in transport and logistics. I worked closely with transport managers to ensure proper transportation of genetic materials from Marigat to Muguga in Kiambu county. I have gained experience in coordinating with inbound and outbound transportation providers to ensure the timely movement of agricultural produce. I am also a productive employee with a proven track record of successful project management and producing quality outcomes through leadership and team motivation. Works with team captains and team leads to determine requirements and provide excellent service. I am a dedicated Team leader with experience in achieving tangible results and cross-team collaboration. Proactive and excited to partner with like-minded individuals to achieve goals. This is evident by the ability of my Team to win the 2021 Leadership Worth Following Best Community Service Program Award.
