Oversee internal talent recruitment for the company;
Collaborate with management to establish hiring objectives based on current staffing levels and business growth needs, compile job requirements and candidate quotas, and develop recruitment plans;
Assist in creating job descriptions for required positions;
Conduct external analysis of talent availability and distribution patterns, plan, develop, maintain, and expand recruitment channels to ensure comprehensive, high-quality talent acquisition that meets organizational needs;
Post job openings and promote company image;
Screen resumes through categorization and preliminary testing, notify candidates for interviews (written tests), conduct initial evaluations, and provide comprehensive feedback;
Coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up interviews to ensure timely execution and alignment with job requirements;
Conduct background checks on candidates, negotiate compensation terms, and issue offer letters;
Gather regional talent market information and familiarize with local employment regulations;
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
