About the Role:

We’re looking for an Incubator Accounts Intern to support new restaurant partners during their first 30–90 days on our platform. You’ll help them get off to a strong start by providing hands-on support, sharing best practices, and ensuring they’re set up for long-term success on our platform.

What You’ll Do:


Manage and grow a portfolio of new restaurant partners during their incubation phase (30–90 days).
Visit partners regularly to train them on operations, menu quality, and delivery best practices.
Monitor performance metrics like order volume, cancellations, and uptime, and step in early to fix issues.
Act as the main point of contact during the hyper-care stage, ensuring a smooth and confident start.
Work closely with internal teams (ops, marketing, support) to deliver an excellent partner experience.
Identify high-potential restaurants ready to transition into long-term account management.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with restaurant teams.
Organized, proactive, and driven by results.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Experience in account management, restaurant operations, or sales is a plus.
Basic data and reporting ability (Google Sheets, Excel).
