We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly organized Front Desk / Receptionist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, customers, and partners providing excellent virtual customer service and administrative support.

This is a fully remote position, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Ideal for candidates who are self-motivated, professional, and able to manage front-office responsibilities from a home-based setup.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Greet and assist virtual visitors or clients via phone, email, or video platforms
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for team members
Maintain and update client contact lists, records, and files
Handle general inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments
Provide basic administrative support (data entry, document handling, etc.)
Monitor and respond to chat support systems or virtual front desk tools
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication flow
Assist with onboarding processes and virtual visitor procedures (if applicable)

Qualifications:
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role (remote experience is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient with basic office tools and software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Calendly)
Comfortable using VoIP systems, virtual receptionist platforms, or CRM tools
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote environment
Professional and friendly demeanor
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus

Work Schedule:
Part-Time: 15–25 hours per week
Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week
Shifts may be scheduled between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM based on client needs
