Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with the CCO to develop and implement the commercial strategy for the organization.
Manage projects and initiatives, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and potential threats
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against commercial goals
Serve as a liaison between the CCO and other members of the commercial team, as well as other departments within the company
Manage the commercial team, including hiring, training, and developing staff
Assist the CCO in preparing presentations, reports, and other communications for internal and external stakeholders
Attend meetings and conferences on behalf of the CCO when necessary.
Ensure that communication is clear and effective between the commercial team and other departments within the company
Identify areas where additional resources may be needed and work with the CCO to develop plans to address them.

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a commercial or marketing capacity
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop staff
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
