Mission:


To coordinate the provision of furniture, office equipment, housekeeping services and office consumables for MTNN offices also supervise the provision of mail, courier and other logistics services.


Description:


Ensure preventive maintenance are carried out on technical and non-technical buildings across MTNN Regions including; water supply/treatment, sewage evacuation, roofing, building exterior, furniture/fixtures/appliances, lifts, access control systems, fire protection systems,  and CCTV systems, for adequacy.
Assure required specifications, scope and set objectives for the installation, and acceptance of building systems e.g. access control, closed circuit TV, fire detection and fire suppression systems are met; as well as timely and concise functional and operations reports are prepared.
Oversee deployment of required building infrastructure and systems resources during office expansion projects as well as provide maintenance support to expatriate residences when required.
Guide service providers to focus on high priority areas for increasing KPIs.
Monitor Contractual KPI, keep track of the values against Targets and conduct regular audit of contractual term and compliance.
Partner Performance assessment routine performance reviews and governance.
Evaluate partner and Service provider performance reports for accuracy and consistency.
Ensure regular performance reports are received from service provider.
Highlight and follow up with service provider critical areas for improvement.
Review customer issues in respect of buildings and infrastructure and resolve related problems accordingly.
Implement mechanisms to resolve customers’ issues and provide update during resolution.


Education:


First degree in related discipline 
Fluent in English 


Experience:

3 – 7 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience working with others


Experience working in a medium organization 
Experience in a Facilities Management, Service or Logistics function in a structured environment involving managing multiple service providers
