Experience:

sales management experience with minimum of 5years experience in consumer goods with sufficient field experience selling to supermarkets.
a flair for merchandising and product promotions.
the capability to initiate and develop various marketing programs.

You must be able to: 

Develop marketing strategies and monitor it closely to point of execution.
periodically organise market activation nationwide with full implementation of goals.
involve self in product management and development

Skills and abilities 

Must be computer literate
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good attitude and strong work ethics.
Good human relations, be analytical,with great attention to details
Hardworking and energetic
Be open and willing to learn new things.

Must be able to drive both manual and automatic car, as the position requires nationwide travel periodically.
