Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:


A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is typically preferred – minimum of an Upper Second Class Honors.
At least 5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
Experience in overseeing office operations, managing budgets, and supervising staff.
Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
An understanding of legal filing and document handling is very important.
