How would you stay in an environment where you are never promoted, every year you are in the same position. Would you stay there when new entrants who are also learning from you are elevated by passing you? What is your thought?

    If there is a clear, fair reason (for example, promotions are based on qualifications, experience, or skills I still need to develop), I would ask for... feedback, work on those areas, and give myself a reasonable timeline to improve. more

  • Diploma holders usually suffer from this alot also those who are rigid to learn new skills have been victims. Sometimes in life you have to invite... yourself to the table by always being a step ahead of competition. Some people just enjoy settling for less  more
