Job responsibility

Involved in setting-up of hotels and apartments
Supervising all of venmacs apartment & staffs at multiple location.
Calling of applicants for interviews and sending text messages.
Handle other aspect of the business as it relates to administartion, site inspection, business development etc
 Interviewing and hiring of staffs with the appropriate skills as needed.
Conducting training of staffs.
Act as Human Resource Officer to staffs at different location.
Carrying out analytical writing in given topics.
Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place for all staffs and are followed.
Ensure that staffs are carrying out their job functions at different locations.
Ensure that the SOPs and policy documents are maintained
Identify training and development opportunities.
Monitor workers in different site and report to the CEO.
Partner with the CEO to track key project milestones as well as progress against personal, team, and company goals/targets.

What is needed for the role

Requirements / Qualifications

Relevant Degree in Hospitality managememt, Human resources or administartion
Experience: 3-10 years
Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Ability to work in a team.
Good observation skills and a willingness to learn
