Job Summary:

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical products to hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves territory management, customer relationship building, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:


Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Generate prescriptions and ensure product visibility in retail and hospital pharmacies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in your territory.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market analysis and report competitor activities.
Organize product presentations and medical detailing visits.
Monitor stock levels and follow up on product availability at distributors and pharmacies.
Submit timely reports (daily calls, weekly plans, expense reports, and activity summaries).
Participate in marketing campaigns, trainings, and company-organized events.
Represent the company professionally and ethically in all dealings.


Requirements:


Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Medical Sales Representative in a reputable pharmaceutical company.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare sales environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Must reside in or be willing to work in any of the listed locations.
