What You’ll Do
As a Scrum Master, you will act as a servant-leader for an Agile development team within an Agile Release Train (ART) as described by the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This role will include providing coaching on Agile principles and practices as well as guiding, facilitating, mentoring, and consulting on Agile techniques and ceremonies. The Scrum Master will help to maximise the Agile Team’s potential and productivity to deliver a sustainable and predictable flow of value. The Scrum Master will also help embed continuous learning and continuous improvement with the aim to lead the Agile Team members to self-sufficiency.
Core competencies and knowledge:

At least 2 years of professional experience with a bank or financial service provider
Demonstrable knowledge of mobile money, fintech and financial services
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others
Creative and natural problem solver
Encourages Innovation and Customer centricity
Able to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to inspire teams and individuals by modelling desired Agile behaviours
Aligns mindset, words and actions to Lean- Agile values and principles
Actively leads the change and guides others to adopt new ways of working
Ability to work with a collaborative approach and build trust with others
Results-driven self-starter

Good-to-Have

Technical Mobile Payment or Financial PaymentService Experience – 2 years
Service Operations Qualification – ITIL
AML Qualification - ICA Certificate in Anti Money Laundering Awareness
Regulated service industry experience
Programme Management Qualification and Experience – MSP
Degree Qualification - Preferably STEM
