Duties and Responsibilities

To teach in areas allocated by the Head of Department and reviewed from time to time by the Head of Department.
Supervise or assist with supervision of any research studies, attachment and teaching practice undertaken by the students.
Providing mentorship and career guidance to students
Participate in the development, administration and marking of examinations and other assessments
To handle students’ grievances that relate to their learning needs.
Any other duty assigned by your supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

Masters of Science in Data Science/ Informatics degree from a recognized/accredited University in the relevant field
Bachelor of Information Technology/data science degree or in the relevant field from a recognized/accredited University.
At least three years of post-qualification work experience
Demonstrated potential for university teaching and research.
