Job Summary
• To install, configure and perform network maintenance activities as well as provide technical support to end users to facilitate business operations
Job Responsibilities
• Install and setup PCs and provide technical support to users as appropriate • Create, operate, modify and delete username and passwords of employees in the system as directed • Responsible for network support and monitoring (WAN&LAN) • Responsible for router/firewall management and report on any issues as appropriate • Install and configure printers and other peripherals to facilitate the company's operations • Configure ad provide technical support to end users on internet/e-mail administration • Monitor CCTV and provide technical support as appropriate • Monitor approved security software and tools to ensure maximum security and protection against IT intrusion and other attacks • Perform troubleshoot on IT related issues • Keep up to date knowledge of laws, regulations, codes, contemporary advancements in the IT industry • Prepare monthly and periodic report on job function
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent professional qualification in information technology, computer science, information systems or related discipline • 1 years of relevant working experience in related role
