We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team and lead our training initiatives.

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers.
Design, plan and implement training programs, policies and procedures.
Develop training Materials such as manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminar that educate and inspire.
Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective.
Manage and oversee the training budget.
Collaborate with Heads of Departments to identify training needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
