Duties & Responsibilities:


Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, cost, and quality are controlled.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities and managing virtual resources effectively.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and lessons learned.
Conduct regular team meetings with set agendas and publish minutes to ensure alignment and accountability.
Identify and escalate risks, issues, and contractual challenges, with mitigation plans in place.
Implement and follow communication plans, defining information flow and status reporting requirements.
Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams and third-party consultants, to ensure successful collaboration.
Drive operational efficiency by championing process improvement, automation, and timely client service delivery.


Skills/Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, Masters preferred) in a technical field or equivalent relevant experience
5+ year of proven delivery managing increasingly complex projects
Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
Experience/certification in acknowledged project management methodologies is an asset, or other known project management techniques and procedures
Knowledge and experience on ERP systems and/or ERP implementations is a plus
Strong communication, mediation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and resources
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff attributes
