The Kuja Engagement Manager is a key member of the team at Kuja. Reporting to the Kuja Managing Director, this position will develop and implement engagement efforts to enable Kuja’s business and impact goals. The position will be responsible for two key streams of work: (1) developing and implementing KujaLearn webinar and training products and (2) representing Kuja in the Latin America and Caribbean region. The Engagement Manager is integral to supporting the Kuja team to expand our network globally, and create deep connections with Spanish-speaking Kuja users and partners. By the nature of Kuja being a start-up company, all team members will wear many hats and this position will undoubtedly play a key role in projects that are not yet known.


SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Implement the KujaLearn strategy and content plan to drive success in Kuja’s impact and revenue goals.
Develop and implement KujaLearn webinar events, series, and workshops focused on the areas of focus for KujaLearn strategy, targeted to a global diverse audience.
Work closely with the Kuja communications and marketing teams to amplify KujaLearn offerings and drive recruitment and revenue growth.
Identify, establish, and manage partnerships in support of the development and implementation of KujaLearn materials and content, specifically the KujaLearn webinar events, and maintain a robust relationship management record.
Ensure that the KujaLearn pages are up-to-date, resources are tagged correctly, and content is accessible in all Kuja-served languages.
Coordinate and manage the translation/interpretation of all KujaLearn materials.
Track registration, attendance, and feedback related to KujaLearn materials, and develop strategies to improve.
Manage the Learning Content Creator to develop and deliver e-learning course content and monitor engagement in courses.
Latin America & Caribbean User Engagement
Act as the primary representative of Kuja in the LAC region with current and future Kuja partners and users. by engaging existing and prospective Kuja users, establishing key partnerships that can contribute to Kuja goals, and attending regional events on behalf of Kuja
Establish new partnerships in the LAC region that can support recruiting users onto the Kuja platform and sales of new Kuja products and services.
Manage the Kuja Partner program in the LAC region, including by providing hands-on support, regularly monitoring their impact, and connecting them to the global Kuja network.
Conduct regular user feedback sessions with Spanish-speaking users and support the conclusion of any complaints or issues received and closing the feedback loop.
Represent the needs of LAC-based organizations and users to the Kuja team and ensure that the site and our products are relevant to their needs.
Represent Kuja in regional events, media, and other miscellaneous, Spanish-speaking communications needs.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS


Must speak Spanish and English fluently.
Must have deep knowledge of the civil society sector in the Latin America and Caribbean region.
