We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. This role supports the marketing department with day-to-day administrative tasks, campaign coordination, reporting, scheduling, and communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working independently from a home-based environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations or reports.

Assist with coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social media activities.

Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and content calendars.

Support content creation by proofreading, formatting, and uploading blog posts, social media content, or newsletters.

Help track campaign performance and compile reports using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.

Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation as needed.

Coordinate virtual events, webinars, or trade show logistics.

Maintain organized digital filing systems and marketing assets (logos, images, brand materials).

Communicate with internal departments and external vendors or partners as directed.



Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

1+ year of experience in an administrative or marketing support role.

Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and cloud file-sharing tools (e.g., Dropbox, OneDrive).

Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or HubSpot a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
