The financial manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health and operations of the organization. This includes managing the company's financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The financial manager works closely with the executive team to provide strategic financial guidance and decision support.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts
Analyze financial data and provide detailed financial reports to management
Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Ensure the company maintains compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial policies and procedures
Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with overall business objectives
Manage the finance team and delegate tasks as needed
Identify risks and recommend strategies to mitigate financial exposure
Represent the company's financial interests in dealings with investors, lenders, and other external stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
ICAN or ACA is mandatory
5+ years of experience in a senior financial management role
Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
