Program Overview:

The Young Talent Program is a structured development initiative designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential recent graduates and early-career professionals. This program offers participants the opportunity to gain cross-functional experience, develop key leadership skills, and work on impactful projects while being mentored by experienced professionals.

What You’ll Do:


Participate in rotational assignments across different departments such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology.
Contribute to real-time business projects that drive strategic goals.
Attend workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
Receive ongoing feedback and coaching from mentors and team leaders.
Present progress reports and final project outcomes to senior leadership.
