Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organization goals • Oversee IT systems, networks and security to ensure reliability a compliance • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency • Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation • Ensure all IT systems comply with healthcare regulations and protections laws
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field (Master's preferred) • Proven experience in IT leadership (with at least 10 years experience), ideally within the healthcare industry • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital transformation strategies • Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills • Familiarity with healthcare technologies, electronic health record and compliance standards is a plus
