Key Responsibilities


Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals


Requirements


Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND); a statement of result is required with the application.
Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
Proximity to Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, is essential.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays a month.


Compensation and Benefits


Salary: NGN50,000 / Month.
Transportation Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
Food Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
Full Attendance Bonus (payable only for full attendance).
Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage fully paid by the company.
Pension plan fully funded by the company.
