Reports to: D&C Supervisor


Rig-site authority for safe and efficient execution of approved program.
Run the well per program; perform pre-job briefs, JSA, and permit-to-work verification.
Supervise rig crew and service companies (directional, mud, cementing, wireline, fishing); verify critical tests (BOP/annular/accumulator), pit-gain monitoring, kick detection/response.
Approve step-changes, deviations, and contingencies; maintain well barrier schematic and red-line drawings.
Real-time cost/time tracking vs look-ahead; daily ops report (DOR), morning report inputs, DDR verification.
Enforce DROPS, lifting plans, confined-space, and SIMOPS controls with marine/production teams.


Job Requirement


8–10 yrs supervisory drilling experience
IWCF L4
BOSIET/HUET
H2S
Strong knowledge of swamp logistics and barge operations.
