We are seeking a skilled General Accountant with a strong background in audit firm experience to join our finance team. This role includes managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights that help in decision-making. The ideal candidate must be proficient in accounting principles, financial reporting, excellent analytical skills and regulatory compliance.

Education & Certification


Bachelor's degree of commerce-Finance/Accounting.


Experience


At least 5 years' experience in a busy accounting environment.
Desirable: Experience in a FMGC setting.
Experience in handling tax compliance (VAT,PATE, Witholding tax and Corporate tax)
Exposure to inventory and cost accounting
Solid understanding of financial reporting.
Technical skills
Proficiency in ERP/ accounting softwares.
Hands on experience with accounts payable and receivable.
Ability to analyze financial reports.
