Genesis Couture Ltd is a proudly Nigerian fashion brand with over a decade of craftsmanship and innovation in bespoke menswear. As we expand our operations and customer base, we’re looking for an energetic and emotionally intelligent Customer Service Officer to join our growing team.

This role goes beyond front-desk duties — you’ll be the face of the Genesis Couture experience: managing client relationships, coordinating orders, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied, informed, and excited to return.

What You’ll Do


Deliver a top-notch customer experience — both in-person and over the phone.
Support clients through every stage: measurements, fittings, amendments, and order tracking.
Share updates on new collections, fabric drops, and loyalty offers.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow between Wuse II and Gwarinpa branches.
Handle invoices, receipts, and ensure payments are completed before final delivery.
Keep digital records organized — client info, stock levels, vendor contacts, etc.
Take initiative during store stock-takes and help keep displays and fabric shelves showroom-ready.
Represent the brand with confidence, style, and professionalism at all times.


Who You Are


You’ve got 3–5 years of experience in customer service (fashion or retail background is a plus).
You’re fluent in English — speaking and writing — and you communicate clearly and confidently.
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for communication and record-keeping.
You enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and creating smooth experiences.
You can stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and multitask efficiently.
You have an eye for style and love being around fashion and design.
