About the Role

A reputable law firm in Ikoyi is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to anticipate needs while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities


Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and legal documents.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
Liaise with clients, partners, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
Conduct research and prepare briefing materials as required.
Support project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
Oversee office administrative tasks related to the Managing Partner’s office.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (legal background is an advantage).
2–4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
