Job Summary:


Prepare learning materials and carry out instructions and guide learners during practical lessons
Keep inventory records of all tools and equipment
Complying with rules, regulations and procedures to help maintain a clean and safe working environment
Ensure maintenance and compliance with health and safety standards at all times
Offer technical support in workshops and participate in day-to-day workshop operations
Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or authorized personnel


Requirements:

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -


A Minimum of a Degree in Food and Beverage, Culinary Arts or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Food Safety registration certificate
Three (3) years relevant experience
Proficiency in computer applications
Good communication skills
