Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Mogo’s financial products.
Effectively explain product features, benefits, and terms to customers, tailoring the pitch to suit their specific needs.
Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
Follow up on warm leads and manage a pipeline of prospects.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, in ERP.
Provide exceptional service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business for MOGO.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and key performance indicators (KPls).
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
