Job Description

Ability to develop educational materials and lesson plans and successfully instruct students in theories, methods, and tasks based on established curricula;
Establishing and enforcing rules of behavior for students in the classroom;
Proficient active listening skills to understand and adapt to students’ various learning needs;
Ability to effectively communicate with others and clearly express complex ideas;
Knowledge of appropriate learning psychology, styles, and strategies;
Creating, assigning, and grading various assessments for students, including tests, quizzes, essays, and projects;
Strong public speaking and oral presentation skills;
Excellent organization and time management skills;
Leadership skills and patience while working with students of all ages.
Maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, co-workers, heads of departments, and management;
Creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment;
Encouraging students to explore learning opportunities and career paths;
Helping students improve study methods and habits; and
Conducting examinations in accordance with examination guidelines and rules of the college.

Requirements
