Responsibilities:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral.
Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
Evaluate data, create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases.
Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
Provide support in photography and video editing.


GRAPHIC DESIGN AND ARTWORK


Help in the preparation of artwork content for marketing materials, such as social media posts e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter posts, brochures etc.
Assist with maintaining the website, social media platforms and database systems.
Liaising with various the Marketing Officer and the departmental heads in determining the requirements, timeline and budgets of various institutional projects.
Providing support in managing the institution’s various graphic design works, print and production.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration.
2 years’ relevant experience.
Graphic Design Certifications i.e., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Valid certificate of good conduct.
Strong Interpersonal and communication Skills.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Must exhibit Christian values.
