Reports to: Asset Production Lead / D&C Supervisor


Optimize well performance, define workover/completion requirements, and assure clean-up/hand-over quality.
Candidate selection and job design for workovers (tubing, artificial lift, sand control, water shut-off).
Model IPR/TPR, nodal analysis, expected rates/pressures; set acceptance criteria for well handover.
Define clean-up and flowback programs; coordinate well test, choke management, and sampling.
Post-job surveillance: compare actual vs forecast; update WRFM plan and deferment recovery.


Job Requirement


8+ yrs production technology
Proficiency with common PT software
Field clean-up/test experience.
