A reputable indigenous manufacturing company seeks to employ a hardworking, result driven, self-motivated and very passionate individual for the position of Production Supervisor. 
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE: 

Assist in production planning and management.
Participate in equipment routine maintenance/trouble shooting.
Responsible for spare part usage and accountability with operations.
Reduction and elimination of downtime due to equipment failure.
Ensure strict compliance to production schedule.
Participate in preparation of operations production annual budget.
Preparation of production/technical reports.
Preparation of shift production report.

Requirements:

HND & C&G degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering.
Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in the technical/maintenance department in a manufacturing establishment.
 Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position role.
Familiar with operations of chillers, air compressors, electric motors and generators.
Interpretation & development of circuit/electrical diagrams.
Proficient in the use of MS Excel.
