We are hiring an Investment Associate to support investment decisions in the real assets sector. You will conduct financial analyses, market research, and strategic planning, with responsibilities including asset management, due diligence, investor communications, and preparing materials for stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Analyze financial models for investments and portfolio performance.
Prepare communications, pitch decks, and business materials.
Conduct due diligence, market research, and risk analysis.
Manage documentation (MOUs, equity, debt, JV agreements).
Monitor asset performance and guide decision-making.
Lead fundraising efforts and stakeholder engagement.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (minimum 2:1); Master’s preferred.
5+ years’ experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Fund Management; Real Estate exposure is a plus
Experience compulsorily from a top-tier investment firm or Big Four
Advanced Excel skills and ability to build models.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Professional certifications (ACA, CFA) and French proficiency are a plus.
High attention to detail, integrity, and a passion for real assets and infrastructure.
