Skills & Experience


High school certificate, diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales or loan-related roles (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of financial products, especially loan products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a strong ability to build relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Knowledge of financial regulations and loan compliance standards is a plus
