Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking for a new challenge? Our fast-growing downstream petroleum company is seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to lead our sales team and develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in line with our corporate goals. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy
Managing and supervising the sales team in different regions
Identifying key opportunities for business improvement

The successful candidate will have:

Exceptional business acumen
Strong leadership skills
Excellent marketing and communication abilities
A good understanding of the downstream sector of the petroleum industry
Prior experience in the industry (preferred)

Qualifications:

First degree in a business with a focus in marketing or a related discipline
Postgraduate degree in Business Administration (or a similar field) is preferred
Professional qualifications in marketing or any other recognized professional qualification (preferred)
Prior experience in the downstream petroleum industry (preferred)
A minimum of three years of work experience
